• How can I purchase the displayed product?

  Proceeding with the purchase on the Vespa Online Store is easy and intuitive: select the quantity, colour and/or size of the product you are interested in; click on the "Buy" button inside the product card and add the product to the cart; decide whether to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
• Does adding a product to the shopping cart oblige me to make a purchase?

  No, under no circumstances are you bound to purchase the product before completing the checkout and payment phase.
• Is there a limit to the quantity of the same product I can buy?

  Generally no, there are no limits either for quantity or amount. However, Vespa reserves the right to limit the purchasable quantity of certain items produced in limited series.
• Can product prices change?

  The sales prices indicated on the Vespa Online Store refer to the manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRP). However, Vespa reserves the right to change the price of products at any time, without prior notice, for commercial purposes.
• What is a promotional code and how does it work?

  A promotional code is a discount voucher that gives access to specific promotions. Such codes may be communicated on the homepage of the site or directly in your mailbox via our Newsletter. Once in your possession, you can enter the code in the appropriate area during checkout and obtain the corresponding discount.
• When does the purchasing process end?

  The order checkout phase is divided into 3 parts: 'Shipment', where you will be asked to enter your shipping and billing address details; 'Payment', where you will be asked to choose your payment method and enter your payment details; 'Confirmation', where you will be able to view a recap of your order accompanied by a thank you message.

  Registering on the Vespa Online Store is simple: click on the icon at the top right, complete the required fields and click on the " Sign up" button. Alternatively, you can access the same section directly during the confirmation of your order.

  From the My Account area, in the Personal Details section "Update your password".
• How can I update the privacy of my account?

  From the My Account area, in the 'Update your privacy' section of the Personal Details.
• How can I update or add a shipping address to my account?

  From the My Account area, in the Address List section.
• How can I manage the payment methods in my account?

  From the My Account area, in the Payment Methods section. Among other things, you can select from the saved payment methods the default one to complete your purchases conveniently and quickly.
